The Birth Journey Prenatal Series covers a very wide range of topics to help you and your partner (or support person) feel prepared, confident, informed, and fired up to bring your newest family member earth-side, and gives you the practical and emotional tools to manage this life altering transformation.
IT TAKES A VILLAGE
3-WEEK COURSE (plus in-home postpartum consult)
Learn, plan and prepare how to navigate the days/weeks/months AFTER the arrival of your baby.
Join myself and Postpartum Doula, Janice Lim Hing as we shift the focus toward the conscious preparation of this sacred and vulnerable time.
Our 3 week course is for birthers/couples and includes over 7hrs of instruction as well as a 2hr in home consult with Janice following the birth of your baby, to assist you in putting your plans into action.
