GROUP
Whether you are planning to birth at home or in the hospital, with midwives or a doctor, with or without pain medication, this course is for you. My goal in class is always to provide you with the information you need to be able to advocate for yourself and make informed choices that feel aligned, safe, and best for you and your baby. I want you to leave feeling inspired, connected, powerful, confident, and informed. Partners! This class is for you, too! Learn practical tools for providing physical and emotional support during labour, and know what it means to be the ‘Gatekeeper’ of the birth space! You will receive over 12 hours of in person instruction, in addition to access to an online classroom filled with extra resources, infographics, and teaching videos. This course will be held live and in-person with classes spanning 5 weeks. It can easily be moved to a virtual class should that be required.

This course is self driven and designed to support you through your journey to birth - not just with information, but with intention. Here, you’ll learn online and at your own pace. You will have the opportunity to decipher all your options, build a vision for your birth that reflects your values, and gain tools for navigating labor with clarity and confidence, all from the comfort of your home.
Inclusivity, respect, body autonomy, and informed choice are central to this course. Whether you’re planning a home birth or a hospital birth, hoping to use pain meds or going unmedicated, this space honors your path. You’ll find trauma-informed, nonjudgmental education that meets you where you are and supports the birth that’s right for you.
Birth is a deeply personal experience. Let’s prepare for it together with knowledge, reflection, and care.

RATES
$100/per hour (2hr minimum) - for 1 Birther & 1 Support Person/Partner
At least 4-6 hours is recommended depending on the amount of content you wish to have covered. Contact me if you have questions about how many hours would best suit you.
Content and topics covered can be tailored to suit your specific needs (ex: home birth, planned c-section, twins, VBAC, etc).
*A $40 travel fee applies to those outside of South Delta or Richmond
Have a friend who wants to join, too? For a 6 hour session, add $250 for each additional birther or couple!

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, heck, BIRTH happens! If you are no longer able to attend the group classes you have paid for, you can cancel your booking 14 days or more PRIOR to the class to receive a FULL refund of the course fee. Any cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of the class but less than 14 days will be reimbursed the amount you paid LESS a fee of $125 for any group prenatal series. Late cancellations made 7 days or LESS, prior to the scheduled course, will not receive reimbursement. If you are enrolled in a group prenatal class and your baby is born pre-term (before 37 weeks) before the course begins, you will receive a full refund! In the rare event that I must cancel a scheduled series of classes, a full refund will always be given.
